3. Products & Offers
- All offers on our site are non-binding and subject to availability.
We reserve the right to adjust prices, images, and product descriptions.
Product images represent the actual item as closely as possible, but colors may vary slightly.
4. Ordering & Contract Formation
- A contract is formed once you receive an order confirmation via email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to stock, payment issues, or suspected fraud.
5. Prices & Payments
- All prices are in euros (€) and include VAT.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
We accept:

• PayPal
• Cryptocurrencies
• Local bank payment methods
Full payment must be made before shipping. Contact us immediately for billing errors.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are shipped within 1–4 business days unless stated otherwise.
Delivery times vary by destination.
If delays occur, we’ll notify you promptly.
Risk of damage or loss transfers to you upon delivery.
7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
You may cancel your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason.

Return items within 14 days of cancellation. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
8. Return Costs & Refunds
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return.
9. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
Returns are not accepted for:
Personalized or custom-made items
Unsealed hygiene products
Items damaged or used beyond what is necessary to inspect them
10. Complaints & Dispute Resolution
Please report any complaints to: info@thefashiondept.com. We aim to respond within 14 days.
If unresolved, you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/odr
11. Limitation of Liability
The Fashion Dept is not liable for indirect damages, including loss of income or data, arising from use of our site or products.
